摘    要:为了对三江平原玉米、大豆常发生病害进行更好的治理与防治,通过采用菌丝生长速率法和载玻片法,研究了延胡索氯仿提取液对玉米、大豆几种常见真菌病害的离体抑菌活性.菌丝生长速率法试验结果表明:延胡索氯仿提取液对玉米纹枯病和大豆灰斑病的抑制率最高,均在80%以上,EC50值52.98~58.98 mg/L;孢子萌发法试验结果表明:对所供试的病原真菌孢子萌发抑制率均很高,其中对玉米小斑病和大豆灰斑病的孢子萌发抑制率达到了100%;活体生物防治试验结果表明:除对玉米纹枯病的防治效果达到了61.46%外,对其他病害防治效果均在60%以下.

Abstract:In order to biological control frequent disease of corn and soybean, the antibacterial activity of several common fungal diseases of corn and soybeans was tested on the in vitro by use of corydalis chloroform extract. The test result of mycelial growth rates showed that, the inhibition rate of corydalis chloroform extract on cercosporidium sofinum (Hara) Liu & Guo and Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn reached more 80%, the value of ECso were 52.98-58.98 mg/L. The test result of spore germination showed that, the inhibition rate of pathogenic fungus were all high, the rate reached 100% on cercosporidium sofinum (Hara) Liu & Guo and Bipolaris maydis. The biological control tested showed that: all of the control effency of disease were below 60% except Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn that reached 61.46%.
