民族区域发展视角下农业文化遗产研究——以“重庆石柱黄连传统生产系统”为例

全球(中国)重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)是联合国粮农组织提出的概念,旨在保护农村与其所处地理环境的长期协同进化以及动态适应下所形成的独特的土地利用系统和生态农业景观。"重庆石柱黄连传统生产系统"是按照全球重要农业文化遗产的要求,高标准建设的西南地区代表性农业文化遗产项目,是建设重庆东南部武陵山区土家族、苗族文化生态保护实验区的重要组成部分,对黄连生产技艺、产业化发展可以起到有效的保护和推动作用,该项目具有生态与环境、经济与生产、社会与文化、科研与教育、示范与推广等多方面的价值,能够从社会、经济、文化和民族工作等方面推动石柱县的经济、人文发展,为实现石柱县的整体脱贫与全面小康,提供以GIAHS项目为引领的全新方式。

GIAHS is a concept proposed by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization,the aim is to protect the unique land system and ecological agriculture landscape in the countryside. The traditional production system of Chongqing Shizhu Coptis chinensis is a representative agricultural cultural heritage project in Southwest China, which is based on the requirements of the global important agricultural cultural heritage, It is an important part of the ecological protection experimentation area for Tujia and Miao Nationalities in Wuling mountain area of Southeast Chongqing, it can effectively protect and promote the production and industrialization of Coptis chinensis, it has many values, such as ecology and environment, economy and production, society and culture, scientific research and education, demonstration and popularization. It can promote local economic and humanistic development in Shizhu county, in order to realize poverty alleviation and prosperity in Shizhu County, it provides a new way to lead GIAHS project.
