| 摘 要： | 目的]为金针菇的开发利用提供依据．方法]以金针菇菌种为材料，根据菌丝干重，对影响其生长的因素（碳源、氮源、培养基配方、培养温度、培养基初始pH值、摇床转速、培养时间）进行筛选。结果]不同碳源对金针菇菌丝生长的影响为玉米粉〉淀粉〉绵白糖〉葡萄糖．2％牛肉膏作为氮源的效果较好。23℃时金针菇茵丝生长较好。培养基初始pH值为6．5时，金针菇菌丝的生长最好。摇床转速以140r／min为宜。振荡培养7d，金针菇菌丝生长量最大。结论]金针菇适宜的液体培养基为：3％玉米粉，8％牛肉膏，2ml／L维生素母液500倍液，0．1％KH2PO4，0．5％MgSO4；适宜摇瓶的培养条件为：培养基初始pH值为6．5，在23℃，140r／min转速下，振荡培养7d。
