| 摘 要： | 基于演化博弈的分析框架，从一个农田水利治理的典型案例出发，通过建立两群体复制者动态模型，剖析农民合作过程中的搭便车行为。演化均衡的求解说明，合作过程中农民普遍存在搭便车行为，但通过典型示范、建立农民用水户协会、以奖代补政策，可以实现合作，从而克服搭便车轩为。

| Abstract: | Based on the analytical framework of evolutionary game,the paper analyses the free ride behavior with the model of polymorphic population replicator dynamics.The conclusion is that farmer free ride behavior is widespread,and the cooperation can be realized through a typical demonstration,farmer water user association and the awards policy. |
