| 摘 要： | 目的]研究利福平对和田芸芥生长发育的影响。方法]用不同浓度的利福平对和田芸芥种子进行浸泡处理,研究利福平对和田芸芥生长发育的影响。结果]结果表明,随着利福平使用浓度的升高,发芽势、根长和千粒重均显著降低,而株高显著增加;100 mg/L的利福平对发芽率无影响,此后,发芽率则随利福平浓度的升高而降低;利福平处理会提高和田芸芥的主花序有效长度、单株生产力和全株有效结角数,其中250 mg/L的利福平使主花序有效长度的增加显著,单株生产力在使用100、250 mg/L的利福平后显著增加,而全株结角数在100、250和800 mg/L时增加显著。结论]利福平处理的和田芸芥除有效分枝部位和千粒重降低外,其他各主要农艺性状均有增加。
