征地纠纷研究述评

从征地纠纷成因分析、纠纷主体行动研究、纠纷解决机制探讨3个方面对征地纠纷研究的相关文献进行了述评。通过文献梳理发现,征地纠纷成因分析主要存在"结构—制度"和"执行过程"2种分析路径;纠纷主体行动研究则主要从农民的抗争策略、农民与政府的互动关系等方面展开;纠纷解决机制研究则包含了对现有解决机制局限性的分析、完善解决机制的政策建议等内容。在文献梳理的基础上,指出了当前研究中的不足和下一步研究的方向。

A Literature Review on Land Expropriation Disputes

A number of studies on land expropriation disputes were reviewed from three aspects: the reasons why the disputes occur,the actions that the parties of disputes take,and the measurements that possibly resolve disputes.By reviewing the literature,it was found that the researches on the reasons adopt two analysis paths: structure-institution analysis and execution process analysis,the researches on the actions focus on the peasant's resistance and interactions between the peasant and the government,the researches on dispute settlement mechanism focus on the analysis on the limitation and the improvement measures of dispute resolution methods.According to the literature review,the deficiencies and possible research orientations in the future were pointed out.
