榆林市绿色GDP核算研究

以榆林市2006～2010年的数据为基础,通过对自然资源耗减价值和污染治理成本的估算,核算出了12个区县的绿色GDP值及绿色GDP扣减指数。核算分析显示,自然资源耗减损失是环境代价的主要方面,北六县(区)的环境污染和生态破坏相比较更严重。因此,要加强生态补偿,提升产业结构,找到县域经济发展与资源环境保护的契合点,促进县域经济的可持续发展。

Study on Green GDP Accounting in Yulin

Based on the data for 11 counties and one district of Yulin city over the period 2006-2010,the loss value of natural resource depletion and the environmental degradation loss were firstly accounted by introducing the method of pollution treatment cost.Then the GDP of 11 counties and 1 district of Yulin City was adjusted to green GDP using the productive method,and the green GDP index was educed.The estimation and analysis indicated that the natural resource depletion cost accounting for the largest share of environmental costs.Comparatively speaking,the environmental pollution and damage in six north county(District) is more serious.Therefore,only by finding the bonding point between environment protection and economic development,can environment and economy of county achieve a coordinated development.
