| 摘 要： | 根据《2011年成都市统计年鉴》数据,运用SPSS软件的主成分分析功能与聚类分析功能,对成都市土地集约利用状况进行了测度和评价,总结了成都土地利用集约度的空间分异特点,即中心—外围的圈层式空间分异结构,探讨了影响成都市土地集约利用空间特征的因素,基于统筹城乡的背景提出了成都市3大圈层的发展战略,优化成都市土地集约利用空间结构。

| Abstract: | According to data of Chengdu Statistic Yearbook in 2011,the principle component analysis and clustering analysis function of SPSS software was adopted to measure and evaluate the land intensive use status.The spatial differentiation characteristics were summarized,namely center-peripheral envelops type.The influencing factors for land intensive use spatial characteristics in Chengdu were discussed,development strategies for Chengdu three envelops were put forward based on coordination of urban and rural background to optimize the spatial structure. |
