干旱及复水对小麦幼苗蛋白质损伤的影响

摘    要:研究间断干旱和持续干旱及干旱后复水对小麦幼苗根长、叶长,含水量、水势和羰基含量的影响。结果表明:2种干旱方式均使小麦幼苗生长受到抑制,使小麦根、叶含水量、水势下降,羰基含量上升。复水后小麦幼苗根、叶含水量、水势、羰基含量均有不同程度的恢复,水势可以恢复到处理前和对照的水平,含水量和羰基含量不能恢复到处理前和对照的水平。持续干旱处理对小麦生长(根、叶含水量,水势)的影响比间断干旱处理大,且持续时间更长;间断干旱处理对小麦蛋白质损伤的影响比持续干旱处理更严重。2种干旱方式对小麦幼苗根的影响均比叶大。

Abstract:Two kinds of drought treatments:continuous and discontinuous drought and following rehydration were,adapted in wheat seedling growth,the length of seedling,water content, water potential and carbonyl content were detected to investigate the effect of drought and rehydration.The result indicated that growth of wheat seedling was inhibited by both kinds of drought and both the water content and water potential were decreased while carbonyl content was increased during drought and restored partly after rehydration. Continuous drought had a greater effect than discontinuous drought. Root was more affected by the drought stress than leaf was.
