| 摘 要： | 就烟草对水分亏缺的某些生理生化反应和遗传特性的研究进展 ,尤其对渗透调节 ,与耐水分胁迫有关的蛋白以及气孔遗传改良等热点问题 ,以及烟草耐水分胁迫基因工程的研究策略和动态进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The physiology and hereditary character of tobacco in the resistance to droughts were studied.The mechanisms of desiccation-tolerant response to desiccation from cell and in moleculer level,including gene and protein,were reviewed.In addition, the meanings of researches on gene engineering of tobacco in enduring water stress were discussed. |
