摘    要:目的]研究湖羊GDF9基因多态性和产羔性能的关系。方法]以湖羊为试验对象,对湖羊GDF9基因做PCR-SSCP多态性检测,分析多态性对湖羊产羔性能的影响。结果]检测出3种基因型,定义为GG、AG、AA。基因型测序显示,在152 bp处发生了A被G碱基替换而发生突变。GG基因型频率、AG基因型频率和AA基因型频率分别为0.107、0.883和0.010。湖羊GG、AG和AA基因型的第1,2胎平均产羔数分别为2.068、2.025和1.500。3种基因型对第1胎产羔数没有影响;第2胎产羔数GG、AG与AA之间有显著性差异,表明GDF9基因对湖羊第2胎产羔数有影响。从第1、2胎的平均产羔数来看,差异不显著,但GG和AG基因型的产羔数相对AA基因型较高。结论]GDF9基因对绵羊正常的繁殖是必需的,且该基因对湖羊产羔数有一定影响。

The Relationship between GDF9 Gene Polymorphism and Lambing Performance in the Hu Sheep
Abstract:Objective] To study the relationship between GDF9 gene polymorphism and lambing performance in the Hu sheep.Method] Hu sheep's GDF9 gene polymorphism was detected by PCR-SSCP.The effect of polymorphism on the lambing performance of Hu sheep was analyzed.Result] Three genotypes were detected and defined as GG,AG,AA.Genotype sequencing showed that the base A was replaced by base G at 152bp.GG genotype frequency,AG genotype frequency and AA genotype frequency were calculated,and the results were 0.107,0.883 and 0.010.The average number of two litters of GG,AG,AA genotypes were 2.068,2.025 and 1.500,respectively.The three genotypes had no effect on the first litter size.There was significant difference between GG,AG and AA in second litter and the GDF9 gene had an effect on the second litter size.From the average number of two litters,the results of variance analysis were not significant,but it also could be seen from the date that the number of litter size of GG and AG genotypes was relatively higher than litter size of AA genotypes.Conclusion] GDF9 gene is necessary for normal breeding of sheep,and it has a certain effect on the litter size of Hu sheep.
