| 摘 要： | 以建设用地开发利用程度、建设用地集约利用程度和建设用地利用综合效果为准则层,选取19项单因子指标,运用AHP法确定各因子权重,构建长阳土家族自治县建设用地利用现状评价体系,对县域建设用地利用现状进行综合评分。结果表明:长阳土家族自治县建设用地开发利用程度和建设用地利用综合效果得分分别为86.50、82.52,建设用地集约利用程度仅67.51,总分为79.76,表明该县建设用地利用现状较为合理。

| Abstract: | According to the principles of construction land development degree,construction land use intensive use degree and comprehensive construction land use proficiency,the evaluation was made for present construction land use of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,including 19 factors and the gravity of every factory was defined by the method of analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the degree of con-struction land and comprehensive construction land use were 86.50 and 82.52,construction land intensity was only 67.51,the total score was 79.76 showed construction land use status of Tujia Autonomous County is reasonable. |
