The Exploration and Practice of the Course of Food Quality Management in Local Applied Colleges and Universities

Combining with large background of the food industry is facing a new round of innovation in terms of consumer upgrading, the pres-ent situation of the teaching of the course of food quality management was analyzed.In order to adapt to the demand of the market for talents and to build a high level applied university,the traditional teaching model of simple knowledge imparting was emphasized.A variety of innova-tive teaching modes were expounded, such as case teaching method,discussion teaching method,practical teaching method and mixed teach-ing method.The aim is to stimulate the students'enthusiasm and creativity,and to promote the seamless connection between the school and the social personnel.
