摘    要:目的]探索初烤烟部位和叶面形态特征的关系。方法]选用玉溪烟区K326品种的3个部位12个橘黄色等级共1 800个样品,分别测量初烤烟叶片的10个形态指标,以此换算成7个特征指标,并进行方差分析和聚类分析。结果]叶片长宽比、叶基宽窄的变化和叶片最宽处的位置3项叶面形态特征指标在初烤烟部位间的差异均达到极显著水平,能将初烤烟部位细分为脚叶、下二棚叶、下偏中交界叶、下腰叶、腰叶、上腰叶、上二棚叶、下顶叶、上顶叶9个组别。结论]该试验结果为烟叶分级过程中准确判定烟叶部位提供了参考。

Characteristics Identification of Leaf Shape in Stalk Position of Flue-cured Tobacco K326 Grown in Yuxi Area
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the relationship between characteristics of leaf shape and stalk position of flue-cured tobacco.Method] 1 800 samples of 12 orange grade from three stalk positions of cv.K326 were selected from Yuxi in Yunnan.10 characteristics of leaf shape were measured,and based on the 10 characteristics,7 derived values were calculated,all the variables were analyzed by variance analysis and cluster analysis.Result] The characteristics indexes like the length/width of leaves,changes of the width in leaf base,length of lamina from bottom to widest part were significant difference among and within three stalk positions.Custer analysis showed that the study could be classified into 9 cluster,like lugs,primings,upper primings,lower cutters,cutters,upper cutters,leaves,lower tips and tips.Conclusion] The result provides reference for determining the tobacco leaf accurately in classification of tobacco leaves.
