摘    要:目的]初步研究在日粮中添加辣木梗粉对肉鸡生长性能的影响。方法]对辣木梗粉中蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗纤维3种营养成分进行测定。将蛋白含量较高的辣木梗粉添加到常规饲料里,探讨辣木梗粉对肉鸡生长性能的影响。结果]辣木梗粉中粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗纤维的含量分别为112.02、5.8和286.0 g/kg,其粗蛋白含量显著低于辣木叶子干粉中粗蛋白含量。在肉鸡日粮中添加辣木梗粉后,饲料利用率略微提高,肉鸡免疫力在一定程度上得到提高。添加1%辣木梗粉的效果最好。结论]辣木梗粉作为添加剂对幼龄鸡的生长发育具有一定促进作用。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of adding the peduncle powder of Moringa oleifera to the diet on the growth performances of broilers preliminarily.Method] Three kinds of nutritional components including protein,crude fiber and crude fiber in the peduncle powder of M.oleifera were determined.A kind of peduncle powder of M.oleifera with higher content of protein was added to the conventional feed to discuss the effects of the peduncle powder of M.oleifera on the growth performance of broilers.Result] The contents of crude protein,crude fiber and crude fat in the peduncle powder of M.oleifera were 112.0,25.8 and 286.0 g/kg and the content of crude protein was significantly lower than that in the leaf powder of M.oleifera.After the peduncle powder of M.oleifera was added to the diet of broilers,feed efficiency was slightly increased and the immunity of broilers were enhanced to certain extent.The effect of adding 1%peduncle powder of M.oleifera was best.Conclusion] Taking the peduncle powder of M.oleifera as an additive had certain promotion on the growth and development of young chicken.
