| Abstract: | The motivations of rural talents taking part in the construction of peasants’ specialized cooperative organizations were analyzed and individual advantages of rural talents in the development of cooperative organizations were expounded. The problems in practice for rural talents were discussed. Some related proposals and countermeasures were also put forward. |
