| 摘 要： | 以高羊茅草坪为试验材料,春季对其修剪前后植株株高、密度、根长、叶面积、叶绿素含量、光合速率、色泽等主要生长指标进行了测定。结果表明,修剪前高羊茅草坪株高生长较快,密度、叶绿素含量较低,光合速率、叶面积、根长变化不显著。修剪后密度、根长变化明显,差异显著(P<0.05),但叶绿素含量、叶面积、光合速率没有明显变化(P>0.05)。所测结果对高羊茅的养护和管理有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Taking tall fescue lawn as experiment material,its growth characteristics including plant height,density,root length,leaf area,chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis speed were measured in spring.The results indicated that before pruning the plant height of tall fescue lawn growed quickly,but the density and chlorophyll content were low.The photosynthesis speed,leaf area and root length changed remarkable.After pruning the density and root length changed obviously and the difference was remarkable(P<0.05),but chlorophyll content,leaf area and photosynthesis speed changed to the contrary.Measuring results had certain reference value to maintenance and management of tall fescue lawn. |
