摘    要:“矮败”小麦是通过太谷核不育基因Ms2(Ta1)和“矮变1号”矮秆显性单基因Rht10紧密连锁而成的附加矮秆标记性状的显性核不育新材料。为了更好地利用,我们对其有关生物学规律进行了系列研究。本文对“矮败”小麦的开花习性和柱头生活力进行了观察,结果表明,“矮败”小麦的开花习性,除不育穗开花状况和太谷核不育小麦不育穗相似而和普通小麦明显不同外,其余习性均和普通小麦品种基本相同,“矮败”小麦的柱头生活力也长达10天以上。

Abstract:The Dwaffing-Sterile wheat is a new material with Taigu single dominant male sterile gene Ms2(Ta1) tightly chained to dominant dwarfing gene Rh10 from "Aibian No. 1" wheat. Serial research were practised on its biological characteristics. The anthers of the sterile spikes of the material is similar to those of normal wheat. All of its other flowering habits are generally the same as normal wheat. The vitality of stigma of the Dwarfing-Sterile could last more than 10 days.
