| 摘 要： | 土地整理与社会主义新农村建设是农村现阶段最重要的两大项目。为有效促进土地整理与新农村建设事业的蓬勃发展,该文结合土地整理与新农村建设的相关理论,运用对比分析与综合分析的方法,揭示了土地整理与新农村建设间的关系,即两者在目标上具有统一性、在特点上具有相似性、在内容上具有交叉性、在作用上具有互动性、在资金上具有互补性,呈现出一种相辅相成、互为依托、互相促进的关系。因此,在新的历史背景下,土地整理与新农村建设必须密切结合,协调共进,以解决"三农"问题为出发点,为实现农村经济的可持续发展与构建和谐社会做出应有的贡献。
