摘    要:目的]比较不同农作物秸秆厌氧发酵的产气潜力。方法]以厌氧污泥作为接种物,将豌豆秆、高粱秆、蚕豆秆、油菜秆分为4个试验组,在(35±1)℃恒温水浴中进行厌氧发酵,分别测定了这4个试验组的产气量和产气率。结果]累计产甲烷量大小顺序:豌豆秆>油菜秆>蚕豆秆>高粱秆。豌豆秆总产气量最高,为2 423.0 ml;高粱秆最低,为957.25 ml。产气率大小顺序:蚕豆秆>高粱秆>油菜秆>豌豆秆。蚕豆秆的产气率最高,为292.2 ml/g(VS);豌豆秆的最低,为156.3 ml/g(VS)。4种秸秆比较,蚕豆秆产沼气潜力最大,豌豆秆最低,高粱秆和油菜秆居中。结论]该研究为在沼气工程中更好地充分利用各种农业秸秆废弃物提供了基础参考数据。

Comparative Study on Anaerobic Fermentation Potentials of the Different Straws

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to contrast anaerobic fermentation potentials of the different crop straws.Method] Anaerobic sludge as inoculum,pea stalks,sorghum stalks,broad bean stalks and rape stalks were divided into four test groups to conduct anaerobic fermentation at(35±1)℃.Gas production and gas production rate in four test groups were respectively measured.Result] The order of accumulative methane production was pea stalksrape stalksbroad bean stalkssorghum stalks.Total methane production of the pea stalks was 2 423.0 ml and was the maximum.Total methane production of the sorghum stalks was 957.25 ml and was the minimum.The order of gas production rate was broad bean stalkssorghum stalksrape stalkspea stalks.Gas production rate of the broad bean stalks was 292.2 ml/g(VS) and was the maximum.Gas production rate of the pea stalks was 156.3 ml/g(VS) and was the minimum.Comparison result of the four straws showed that biogas production potential of the broad bean stalks was the biggest,while biogas production potential of the pea stalks was the lowest.Conclusion] The research provided basic reference data for sufficiently using various agricultural straws in biogas project.
