铃夜蛾属2近缘种幼虫食性的遗传基础研究

摘    要:通过对铃夜蛾属2近缘种棉铃虫(HelicoverpaarmigeraHübner)和烟青虫(H.assultaGuenée)的正反杂交获得了F1代,在此基础上进行了亲代和F1代5龄幼虫食性遗传基础的研究。结果表明:与亲代相比,正交、反交的F1代幼虫对辣椒的取食选择性差异显著,但均与其母体的取食选择趋势一致。这说明幼虫的取食选择性主要为母体遗传。

Abstract:Based on the successful reciprocal crosses between Helicoverpa armigera and H. assulta, genetics basis of larval feeding preference of the hybrids was investigated. The results indicated, compared with parental species, the hybrids of reciprocal hybridization had significant difference in feeding preference for hot pepper, but their feeding preferences were largely consistent with those of their maternal parents. It was presumed that there was significant maternal inheritance on the inheritance of feeding preference in hybrids larvae.
