大庆市水资源环境问题与对策分析

大庆市水资源相对匮乏,属于严重缺水城市.随着社会经济发展,需水增长明显快于供水能力增长,资源性缺水严重,尤其是生态环境用水量缺乏.应从重点防洪工程、百亿斤粮食产能工程、水资源配置工程、民生水利工程、生态水利工程、水务能力建设等方面加强水利工程建设;大庆市水体目前有一定的环境容量,针对不同的水体功能提出水环境容量利用的方案;指出可通过加强污水处理厂建设、改善污水处理工艺、植被控制技术、稳定塘与湿地控制技术等方法改善水环境质量;大庆地区泡沼众多,以清淤、稀释混合、水生植物净化等多种手段加强泡沼的治理是非常必要的.
