茶树初冬与早春打顶效果比较研究

摘    要:目的]为茶树打顶技术推广应用和提高春季名优茶产量和效益提供试验依据.方法]比较不修剪、春茶后轻修剪和深修剪茶树初冬与早春打顶的效果.结果]与相同修剪深度的未打顶茶树相比,初冬打顶使茶树冬季抗冻性增强;初冬和早春打顶均使春茶鲜叶的芽叶长度和重量增加,不修剪和轻修剪茶树增产;鲜叶生化性状中酚氨比值从高到低依次为早春打顶、初冬打顶、未打顶.结论]绿茶生产茶园宜选择初冬打顶,红茶生产茶园可选择早春打顶.

Comparative Research of the Effects of Tea Tree Topping in Early Winter and Early Spring

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to provide a trial basis for extension and use of tea tree topping technology and improving yield and benefit of spring famous and high quality tea. Method] The effects of tea tree topping in early winter and early spring with no pruning, and light prun- ing and deep pruning after spring tea were compared. Result] Compared with no topping tea tree with the same degree of pruning, topping in early winter made freezing resistance of tea tree in winter enhanced ; topping in early winter and early spring made bud length and weight of fresh spring tea leaves increased, tea plant' production of no pruning and light pruning increased ; the order of the phenol ammonia ratio of fresh leaves from high to low was topping in early spring, topping in early winter, no topping. Conclusion ] Tea garden producing green tea is suitable for topping in early winter, that producing black tea is suitable for topping in early spring.
