| 摘 要： | 目的]寻找最佳的鹤望兰（StrelitziareginaeBanks）种子种皮软化时间和浸种时间。方法]98％H2SO4软化鹤望兰种子种皮3、5、8、10min，以清水为对照，软化后种子分别在清水中浸种3、4、5d，之后进行发芽试验测定鹤望兰种子发芽率。结果]最佳处理为98％H2SO4软化种皮8min、浸种3d，发芽率达到60％，优于其他处理30％以上。结论]该研究可为扩大鹤望兰种子繁殖提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to find out the best seed coat softening time and seed soaking time of Strelitzia reginae Banks seeds. Method] 98% H2SO4 was used to soften Strelitzia reginae Banks seeds coat for 3, 5, 8, 10 min, taking water as control, than the softened seeds were soaked~n water for 3, 4, 5 days, resp. , finally the germination test was conducted on to determine their germination rate. Re- sult] The best treatment was that seed coat was softened for 8 min and seed was soaked for 3 d, and the germination rate got to 60% superior to others more than 30%. Conclusion] The study provides a basis for enlarging Strelitzia reginae Banks seeds multiplication. |
