摘    要:目的]研究含水杨酸和CaCl2瓶插液对洋橘梗(Eustoma grandiflorum)切花的保鲜效果,寻找适用于洋橘梗切花日常使用的安全、有效、无毒、环保型保鲜配方,具有一定的实践应用价值和参考意义.方法]处理①~⑦分别为3%S+200mg/L8-HQ、3% S+200mg/L 8-HQ+ 200 mg/L CaCl2、3%S +200 mg/L 8-HQ+ 1000 mg/L CaCl2、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+ 200 mg/L CaCl2+ 50 mg/L SA、3%S +200 mg/L 8-HQ+ 1000 mg/L CaCl2 +50 mg/L SA、3%S +200 mg/L8-HQ +200 mg/L CaCl2+ 100 mg/L SA、3% S+200 mg/L8-HQ+ 1000 mg/L CaCl2+ 100 mg/L SA.结果]各处理均能在一定程度上增加花枝鲜重,改善花枝的水分状况,增大花径,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高切花的观赏品质,其中,在3% S+200 mg/L8-HQ常规保鲜剂基础上结合使用200 mg/L CaCl2和50 mg/L SA明显优于不合SA的处理①、②和③.结论]3%S +200 mg/L 8-HQ +200 mg/L CaCl2 +50 mg/L SA对洋橘梗切花的保鲜效果最佳.

Preservation Effects of Vase Solutions Containing Salicylic Acid and Calcium Chloride on Fresh-keeping of Eustoma grandiforum Cut Flowers

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to study the preservation effects of vasw solutions containing salicylic acid and calcium chloride on fresh- keeping of Eustoma grandiflorum, Cut flowers, and to find out a safe, effective, rion-toxie and environment friendly for Eustoma grandiflorum daily Use ," had aa certain practical UtiliZatibn value and reference significance. Method] Treatment (1) -(7) were 3% S + 200mg/L8-HQ, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L, CaCI2, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1000 mg/L CaC12, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaC12 + 50 mg/L SA, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1000 mg/L CaCI2 + 50 mg/L SA, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaCl2 + 100 mg/L SA, 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1000 mg/L CaCl2 + 100 mg/L SA, resp.. Result] flower diameter, extended vase life of cut flowers, raised ornamental All treatments increased fresh weight, improved water status, enlarged quality of cut flower to some extent, thereinto, treatment (4) significantly exceeded treatment (1), (2)and (3) of not containing SA. Conclusion] 3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaC12 + 50 mg/L SA has the best fresh-keeping effects for Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.
