摘    要:细胞色素P450是动植物及微生物体内一类重要的具有混合功能的血红素氧化还原酶,它参与多种生化反应,植物P450参与许多植物体次生代谢物质的合成和外源物质代谢解毒,在防御生物免受病虫害及逆境胁迫等方面具有重要作用。综述了植物细胞色素P450基因的克隆策略及鉴定方法,并对其未来研究作了展望。

Cloning Strategies and Identification Methods of Plant Cytochrome P450 Gene

Abstract:Cytochrome P450s are a diverse array of multifunctional heme-oxidoreductase in animals,plants and microbe.They participates in lots of biochemical reactions.Plant cytochrome P450s involve in the synthesis of many secondary metabolites and detoxification metabolism of exogenous toxins.They play an important role in preventing plants from pathogen and insect attacks and adversity stress.The cloning strategies and identification methods of plant cytochrome P450s were summarized.And the future researches were predicted.
