摘    要:目的]为食用菌紫外线诱变育种提供依据。方法]采用紫外线辐照猴头菌菌丝体,研究不同照射时间对菌丝生长速度、菌丝生长势、菌落直径及菌丝锁状联合数量的影响。结果]紫外线对辐照1~3 min的菌丝生长有不同程度的促进作用,其中以照射3 min处理的作用最明显(P<0.01)。对照射5 min处理的菌丝生长有抑制作用,但差异不显著。结论]该试验条件下猴头菌紫外线诱变育种辐照时间以3 min最佳,但紫外线照射的不同时间与猴头菌产量和品质的相关性有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to provide basis for mutation breeding of edible fungi by ultraviolet radiation.Method] Mycelia of Hericium erinaceus were treated by ultraviolet radiation to study the effects of different radiation time on the mycelial growth rate,mycelial growth vigor,colony diameter and the quantity of mycelium clamp connection.Result] Ultraviolet rays had promotion effects on the growth of mycelia with 1~3 min radiation to different degree and the effect of 3 min irradiation was most obviously(P<0.01).The mycelial growth in the treatment with 5 min irradiation was inhibited,but the difference was not significant.Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions,the optimum irradiation time for the mutation breeding of H.erinaceus by ultraviolet radiation was 3 min.And the relativity between different time of ultraviolet radiation and yield and quality of H.erinaceus needed further research.
