摘    要:目的]研究长根菇交配系统,指导遗传育种工作。方法]以长根菇子实体为材料,收集并分离单孢,以锁状联合为标记鉴别是否为单核茵丝体。采用三轮交配反应对110株孢子单核体进行三轮两两交配反应。结果]110株单核体按交配型被分为4组,分别含有21、30、13和46个茵株。结论]长根菇的交配型受双因子控制,属于四极性交配系统。
