| 摘 要： | 分别采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)处理跳舞草种子,研究它们对跳舞草种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:浓度分别为100mg/L的GA3、100mg/L的IAA和5mg/L的NAA不仅可以缩短跳舞草种子发芽时间,而且可以提高种子发芽率和发芽势。其中,浓度为5mg/L的NAA处理效果最好,对跳舞草幼苗早期生长有良好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Codariocalvx gnans seeds were treated with the different concentrations of GA3,IAA and NAA to research on the effect of the plant growth regulator on seed germination and seedling vigor of Codariocalvx gnans. The results indicated not only the time of the germination was reduced but also the germination rate,germination vigor were improved in the treatment with 100 mg/L GA3,100 mg/L IAA and 5 mg/L NAA,respectively. The treatment with 5 mg/L NAA can obviously enhance the seed germination rate and seeding growth better. |
