| 摘 要： | 目的]为唐古特大黄、绿茶的抗氧化活性研究提供依据。方法]采取DPPH法,研究了唐古特大黄和绿茶的抗氧化活性。结果]唐古特大黄和绿茶的甲醇提取物比乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性高。结论]唐古特大黄和绿茶的提取物都具有较好的抗氧化活性。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for the activities of the extracts from Rheum tanguticum and green tea.Method] DPPH free radical scavenging activities of extracts from Rheum tanguticum and green tea were examined.Result] The methanol extracts of Rheum tanguticum and green tea showed higher activities than those of ethanol extracts.Conclusion] The extracts from Rheum tanguticum and green tea showed comparatively strong antioxidative activity. |
