| Abstract: | This paper demonstrated the basic situation of the development of tobacco leaf production teams in tobacco - producing areas, ana- lyzed the common issues in current construction of tobacco leaf production teams, and explored proper countermeasures to focus on training grassroots production staffs, improving their enthusiasm for work and constructing grassroots tobacco leaf production teams by strengthening the ideological education, organizing various kinds of skill contests and focusing on professional training. |
