| 摘 要： | 目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定润燥止痒胶囊中苦参碱的含量。方法]采用Diamonsil钻石C18柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液洗脱(甲醇∶水=50∶50),流速1ml/min,检测波长220nm。结果]样品中苦参碱平均回收率为98.72%;线性范围:0.2～1.0μg;r=0.9996。结论]该方法准确,回收率和重现性好,可用于润燥止痒胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish a new HPLC method for determination matrine in Runzao Zhiyang capsule. Method] The content of matrine was determined by using Diamonsil C18 column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(0.1% phosphoric acid)elution, with the flow rate at 1 ml/min, the detecting wavelength was 220 nm. Result] The average recovery of matrine in samples were 98.72%. The linear ranges were 0.2-1.0 μg ,with the regression coefficient of 0.999 6. Conclusion] The method has satisfactory recoveries and good repeatability. And it can be used in the quality control of Runzao Zhiyang capsule. |
