摘    要:目的]对芝芪菌质的不同发酵配方进行筛选,并且对芝芪菌质中总皂苷和粗多糖含量进行测定,从而为制定质量标准做前期准备。方法]芝芪菌质的水提醇沉的浓缩液用正丁醇萃取出总皂苷;滤渣用于测定粗多糖;依照05版药典规定用紫外分光光度法测定芝芪菌质中总皂苷和粗多糖的含量。结果]采用紫外分光光度法测定芝芪菌质中总皂苷和粗多糖的平均含量,分别为0.243 3%和1.161 6%。结论]含2.5%黄芪药材的芝芪菌质效果更优。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to screen different fermentation formula for Zhiqi fungal substance and determine the contents of total saponin and crude polysaccharide in order to make prophase preparations for establishing quality standard.Method] Total saponin was extracted by N-butanol from concentrated solution of Zhiqi fungal substance after water extraction and alcohol sedimentation.Filter residue was used to determine the content of crude polysaccharide.According to the regulation in the pharmacopoeia(2005 edition),the contents of total saponin crude polysaccharide in Zhiqi fungal substance were determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result] The average contents of total saponin and crude polysaccharide in Zhiqi fungal substance were determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,being 0.243 3% and 1.161 6% resp.Conclusion] The effect of Zhiqi fungal substance contained 2.5% medicinal materials Huangqi was better.
