水稻恶苗病化学防治药剂的筛选

摘    要:用不同药剂(单剂和混剂)对水稻恶苗病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发进行了毒力测定试验,结果表明:单剂中,施宝克、使百克和浸种灵的抑制作用明显,抑制菌丝生长的EC50分别为0.147 3、1.464 5和9.244 5 μg/m l.抑制孢子萌发的EC50分别为0.984 2、3.757 4和0.804 1 μg/ml.混剂中,施宝克+百菌清和使百克+多菌灵的抑制作用明显,抑制菌丝生长的EC50分别为0.047 8和0.036 3 μg/ml,共毒系数分别为615和7 893, 抑制孢子萌发最好的为施宝克+百菌清和使百克+浸种灵,EC50分别为0.059 7和0.089 4 μg/ml,共毒系数分别为3 253和1 482.

Abstract:To test inhibition effects of different fungicides against Fusarium moniliforme hyphal growth and conidiospore germination,toxicity determinations of single and mixed fungicides against rice bakanae disease had been done.The results showed:in single fungicide,the inhibitions of Sportak,Prochloraz and Scelartial were more significant than the rest. EC 50 inhibiting hyphal growth was 0.147 3 μg/ml,1.464 5 μg/ml and 9.244 5 μg/ml respectively.And in inhibition of conidiospore germination EC 50 was 0.984 2 μg/ml,3.757 4 μg/ml and 0.804 1 μg/ml respectively.With regard to mixed fungicides the effects of Sportak + Chlorothalonil and Prochloraz + Carbendazim were the best.EC 50 and CTC of inhibiting hyphal growth were 0.047 8,0.036 3 μg/ml and 615,7 893 respectively.For inhibiting conidiospore germination Sportak + chlorothalnil and Prochloraz + Seelartial were better,their EC 50 and CTC were 0.059 7,0.089 4 μg/ml and 3 253,1 482 respectively.
