西南地区扁穗牛鞭草野生资源匍匐性研究

以基株为单位,匍匐茎长与自然高度比为形态指数,对西南地区60份扁穗牛鞭草(HemarthriaCompressa(L.F.)R.Br.)]野生材料进行匍匐性研究。结果表明:西南地区牛鞭草形态差异很大,具有显著的形态多样性;自然高度与匍匐茎长变异系数分别为42.62%和18.87%;形态指数变异大,最大值是H049的12.079,最小值是H002的1.133,两者相差90%,形态指数的变异系数高达55.81%。匍匐性与材料原生地海拔高度关系不大,相关系数为-0.03592(F=0.8004>0.5)。匍匐性与自然高度的相关系数为-0.71945,存在明显的负相关(F<0.0001),具有极高的置信度。对匍匐性聚类分析,材料分为7类,可依据匍匐性类型,有针对性地对资源进行研究、驯化和选育。

Study on Stolon Characteristic of Hemarthria Compressa in Southwestern Region

The ratio of stolon length to nature height is a morphological index of Hemarthria Compressa.Sixty wild resources of Hemarthria Compressa in Southwest region were compared according to the index. We found that these resources had an obvious difference with significant morphological diversity. The C.V. of nature height and stolon length were 42.62% and 18.87%, respectively. The morphological index of the largest value (12.079) was ten times more than that of the smallest value (1.133). And the C.V. of morphological index reached to 55.81%. The relation between stolon characteristic and the altitude of original district was not obvious, and its value was only -0.0359?2(F=0.800?4>0.5).While the stolon characteristic is negative relative to nature height obviously and its value is -0.719?45,F<0.000?1.By cluster analyzing in terms of stolon characteristic, Hemarthria Compressa was divided into seven categories. Here we intentionally domesticate and study these resources according to stolon characteristic.
