摘    要:棉花打顶作业是棉花生产过程中的关键环节.机械化打顶可以大大减少打顶时间、提高劳动效益、降低劳动强度、提高产量.通过分析新疆棉花机械化打顶技术中的难题,对棉株高度自动检测技术、切割装置自动升降机构以及精确切割装置等关键技术研究现状进行了分析,指出了机械化打顶存在的不足,并给出了相关改进建议,认为自动化、智能化、精确化、联合作业及农机农艺相结合是今后棉花生产机械化的发展趋势,应加快关键技术装置的研发.

Study of the Development on the Xinjiang Cotton Mechanization of Top-cutting Key Technologies

Abstract:Cotton top-cutting is the key link in the process of cotton production.Cotton top-cutting mechanization can greatly reduce the topping time,improve the working efficiency,reduce labor intensity and increase the output of cotton.By analyzing the difficulties in mechanization of cotton topping,the research status of key techniques on the automatic height detection,automatic lift mechanism and precise cutter was analyzed,the shortcomings and problems of mechanization of top-cutting were pointed out,corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward,it was pointed out the automation,intelligence,precision,multiple operations and combining agricultural agronomic is the development trend of cotton mechanization,the development of key technique device should be accelerated.
