稷山板枣水溶性多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]确定稷山板枣水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺。方法]运用超声波法,提取板枣水溶性多糖。结果]研究了超声提取时间、超声波功率、水料比、超声温度4个因素对板枣多糖提取率的影响。通过正交试验设计,确定稷山板枣多糖超声波提取的最佳工艺条件。结论]在超声提取时间35 min,超声波功率160 W,水料比20∶1(V/m),超声温度60℃时,板枣多糖提取率达到6.358%。
