摘    要:水资源承载能力是制约内陆核电发展的关键因素之一。引入"用水紧张程度"和"区域水资源承载能力的平衡指数σ"对河南省水资源承载能力进行分析,比较火电与内陆核电用水需求特点,分析核电空冷技术的用水优势,在此基础上阐述采用空冷技术发展河南核电的思路。

Analysis of Henan Province' s Nuclear Power Development from View of Water Resources Carrying Capacity

Abstract:Water resources carrying capacity is one of the most pivotal factors restricting inland nuclear power development. The carrying ca-pacity of water resource in Henan Province was analyzed by water-tight degree and regional water resource carrying capacity equilibrium index. The demand characteristics of thermal power and inland nuclear power were compared. The water use advantages of nuclear power air-cooling technology were analyzed. On the basis of this, the thoughts about developing nuclear power in Henan Province by air-cooling technology was elaborated.
