农村土地整治项目规划设计存在的问题及对策建议

农村土地整治项目的规划设计是土地整治项目的重要步骤,但由于我国开展农村土地整治项目规划设计时间不长,积累不足,导致规划设计存在诸多问题,直接影响农村土地整治项目的顺利实施。该研究以重庆市为例,通过文献综述法、实例分析法等研究方法,在提出规划设计应遵循的原则基础上,剖析当前土地整治规划设计存在的问题及产生问题的原因,并提出了相应的对策与建议:一是提高规划设计行业门槛,加强行业自律;二是完善相关项目设计要求;三是强化规划设计项目的针对性;四是加强规范管理;五是充分尊重民意。

Existing Problems in Rural Land Consolidation Project Planning and Suggestions

The planning and design of rural land consolidation project is an important step in land consolidation project,but because our country carry out the design is not long,accumulation is insufficient,resulting in a series of problems in planning and design,directly affect the smooth implementation of rural land consolidation project.Taking Chongqing City as an example,by using the method of literature review and case analysis,based on the principle that planning and design should follow,the existing problems and causes were analyzed,corresponding countermeasures were put forward,including improve industry threshold of planning and design; perfect relevant project design demands; strengthen pertinence of the project; strengthen standard management; respect for public opinion.
