多棘海盘车多糖大孔树脂脱色方法的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨AB-8型、D101型、DM301型3种大孔树脂对多棘海盘车多糖的脱色效果。方法]以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,分别考察大孔树脂用量、脱色时间和脱色温度对多糖的脱色效果,并进行正交试验。结果]AB-8型大孔树脂对多糖的脱色效果最好,但对多糖保留率较差;D101型大孔树脂脱色后的多糖保留率最好,但其脱色率较差;DM301型大孔树脂对多糖保留率和脱色率均较差。正交试验结果表明,多棘海盘车多糖脱色的各因素影响程度为:树脂用量脱色温度脱色时间。结论]大孔树脂对多棘海盘车的脱色效果较好。

Study on the Method for Decoloration Process of Polysaccharides from Asterias amurensis by Macroporous Resin

Abstract:Objective] The decolorizing effect of polysaecharides from Asterias amurensis by macroporous resin of AB-8,D101 and DM301type was studied.Method] Using the indicators of decolourization ratio and polysaccharide retention rate,the influence of macroporous resin content,decolorization time and decolorization temperature were investigated respectively.Then,orthogonal experiment was conducted.Result] The decolorizing ratio of AB-8 type macroporous resin was the best but polysaccharide retention rate was lower.The polysaccharide retention rate of D101 type macroporous resin was the best but decolorizing ratio was lower.And,the decolorizing ratio and polysaccharide retention rate of DM301 type macroporous resin were all poor.The orthogonal experiment indicated that the influence factors of decolorizing effect of polysaccharides from Asterias amurensis were:macroporous resin content > decolorization temperature > decolorization time.Conclusion] The decolorizing effect of oolysaccharides from Asterias amurensis by macroporous resin was better.
