摘    要:目的]研究重金属胁迫对台湾泡桐生长及生理指标的影响。方法]通过液体培养研究铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)复合胁迫对台湾泡桐生长及生理指标的影响。结果]Pb、Zn复合胁迫下台湾泡桐根、茎长度,鲜重,耐性指数随处理浓度升高而下降;不同浓度的Pb、Zn复合胁迫下,植物光合色素含量呈下降趋势,叶绿素a下降趋势显著,在100 mol/L Pb和200 mol/L Zn复合胁迫下最低,较对照(CK)下降了60%;台湾泡桐丙二醛含量在根、茎、叶中的大小为茎叶根,呈先降后升趋势;地上部分和地下部分脯氨酸(Pro)含量在100 mol/L Pb胁迫下最高,分别较CK增加24%、1.2倍,随之下降趋势显著;根部谷胱甘肽含量变化较显著;茎、叶抗坏血酸含量在Pb、Zn复合胁迫下较CK呈上升趋势,根部防御活性氧毒害的能力减弱。结论]Pb、Zn复合胁迫浓度的增加加重了其对台湾泡桐的伤害,严重影响了植物的生长。

Abstract:Objective] The effects of heavy metals stress on growth and physiological indicators were studied.Method] The liquid culture of lead (Pb),zinc (Zn) combined stress on Taiwan Paulownia growth and physiological indices.Result] Pb,Zn composite stress Taiwan Paulownia growth index decreased with increasing concentration ; different concentrations of Pb,Zn combined stress,plants photosynthetic pigment content decreased chlorophyll a significant downward trend in 100 mol/L Pb and 200 mol/L Zn the lowest combined stress compared with the control (CK) decreased by 60% ; Taiwan Paulownia MDA stem > leaf > root,was down then up trend ; ground and underground parts of proline (Pro) content 100 mol/L Pb stress were the highest increase of 24% compared with CK,1.2-fold,with the attendant decline significantly; roots glutathione changes more significant; stem and leaf ascorbic acid content of Pb,Zn composite stress upward trend compared with CK,the roots defense reactive oxygen toxicity diminished capacity.Conclusion] Increasing concentrations of Pb,Zn increased damage to Taiwan Paulownia,serionsly affect the growth of plants.
