摘    要:目的]筛选出具有较强抑制真菌作用的药物。方法]以水霉菌FD07为供试菌,测定了24种中药及化药对水霉菌生长的抑制作用,并测定了复方抗真菌药物对鱼受精卵孵化率的影响和对鱼的急性毒性,同时测定了复方抗真菌药对真菌病的防治效果。结果]五倍子和CuSO4的抑菌效果最为理想。1.0 mg/L复方抗真菌药AF001对真菌的抑制率达100%,对鱼卵的96 h LD50为30 mg/L,安全浓度为3 mg/L。1.0 mg/L复方抗真菌药AF001对鱼的96 h LD50大于100 mg/L,安全浓度大于10 mg/L。1.0 mg/L药物对真菌的预防保护率为71.43%,治疗保护率为67.9%。结论]该药可用于鱼或鱼卵真菌病的防治。

Screening, Preparation and Prevention of Fungistasis Medicines

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen out a kind of medicine with stronger anti-bacterial effects.Method] With Achlya bisexualis FD07 as test bacteria,the inhibition of 24 water extracts of Chinese traditional medicines and chemical drugs on the growth of A.bisexualis were determined.And the effects of complex antifungal drug on the hatching rate of the fertilized eggs of fish were studied and their acute toxicity on fish was studied.And the prevention and control effects of complex antifungal drug on saprolegniasis were also tested.Result] The antibacterial effects of Rhus chinensis Mill and CuSO4 were the best.The inhibition rate of 1.0 mg/L antifungal drug AF001 on A.bisexualis reached 100% and 96 h LD50 to fish eggs was 30 mg/L and safe concentration was 3 ng/L.96 h LD50 of antifungal drug AF001 to fish was more than 100 mg/L and the safe concentration was more than 10 mg/L.The prevention protection rate of 1.0 mg/L antifungal drug AF001 was 71.43%and the treatment rate was 67.9%.Conclusion] The medicine could be used to prevent or control saprolegniasis of fish and their eggs.
