摘    要:目的]调查抚河文昌桥段浮游动植物种类和分布特性,研究抚河水质状况。方法]以文昌桥为中心,随机设置10个采样点,进行为期3个月的浮游动植物群落调查。同时研究水温、pH值、总磷、总氮和高锰酸盐指数。结果]在10个采样点内共检测出浮游动植物72种,隶属于53个属,其中绿藻和蓝藻数量较多,分别占总数的28.8%和21.9%,金藻、黄藻和甲藻的数量较少,分别占总数的4.1%、2.7%和1.4%;浮游动物的种类较少。一些多污带种类如浮游球衣藻、铜绿微囊藻、小颤藻、绿色裸藻、镰形纤维藻等,成为抚河文昌桥段中的优势种类。结论]抚河水已遭污染,建议有关部门对其加强水质保护工作。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to investigate the species of pelagian animals and plants and their distribution characteristics in Wenchang bridge section of Fuhe River,and study the water quality condition of Fuhe River.Method] With Wenchang bridge as center,10 sampling points were set up randomly,and the community of pelagian animals and plants were investigated for 3 months.The water temperature,pH,total phosphorus,total nitrogen and permanganate index were studied at the same time.Result] 73 kinds of pelagian animals and plants were detected out in the 10 sampling points and they belonged to 53 generas.Among the total,the quantity of green algae and cyanobacteria were more and accounted for 28.8% and 21.9% of total resp.The quantity of golden algae,yellow algae and dinoflagellate were little and made up 4.1%,2.7% and 1.4% of total resp.The species of zooplankton were little.Some polysaprobic zone species such as natans sphaerotilus,microcystis aeruginosa,tenuis oscillatoria,euglena viridis and ankistrodesmus faicatus became the dominant species in Wenchang bridge section of Fuhe River.Conclusion] The water in Fuhe River was polluted already,and it was suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the protection work for water quality.
