| 摘 要： | 从蔬菜抗蚜种质资源的鉴定与筛选、抗蚜性的遗传、抗蚜机制的研究以及抗蚜品种的选育4个方面出发,对蔬菜抗蚜育种的研究现状进行了综述。并提出蔬菜抗蚜育种未来研究的重点:应加强抗蚜种质资源的鉴定和收集;加快制定蔬菜对主要病虫害抗性鉴定的技术规范;加强抗蚜机理和遗传规律以及转基因蔬菜育种的安全问题研究。 |

| Abstract: | Starting from the four aspects of identification and screening,aphid-resistance heredity,aphid-resistance mechanism and breeding of aphid-resistance vegetable cultivars,research status of the breeding of aphid-resistance vegetable were reviewed.The key point in the future aphid-resistance breeding of vegetable was put forward,including reinforcing the identification and collection of aphid-resistance germplasm,speeding up the technology formulation for main disease and pest,strengthening the study about the aphid-resistance mechanism and the heredity rule,security problem about transgenic vegetable breeding. |
