玉米花药培养影响因素的研究

目的]研究玉米花药培养的影响因素。方法]以5种基因型玉米为例,研究了基因型、培养基种类以及激素配比对花药诱导过程中形态变化及出愈率的影响。结果]与YP、MS和玉培相比,N6培养基在花药培养中褐化率、膨大率和死亡率较低;先玉335花药诱导出愈率最高,为23.15%;2 mg/L 2,4-D+1.5 mg/L KT激素配比的效果最佳。结论]该试验为玉米花药单倍体育种奠定了理论基础。

Study on the Influencing Factors of Maize Anther Cultiv ation

Objective] To research the influencing factors of maize anther cultivation . Method]With five maize genotypes as the research materials, we researched the effects of genotype, culture medium type and hormone combination on the morphological changes and recovery rate of maize in the process of anther induction. Result]Compared with YP, MS and Yupei, culture medium N6 had relatively low browning rate, swelling rate and mortality during the process of anther induction .Xianyu 335had the highest induction rate, which was 23.15%.And the hormone ratio 2 mg/L 2, 4-D +1.5 mg/L KT had the best effects. Conclusion] This research laid theoretical basis for the haploid breeding of maize anther.
