| 摘 要： | 扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)是一种新的分子标记技术,它是在RFLP和RAPD结合的基础上发展起来的,在动植物基因组研究中有着广泛的应用。阐述了AFLP在畜禽遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建、品种(品系)的鉴定与保护、新基因的发现和DNA甲基化等遗传育种研究中的进展。 |

| Abstract: | Amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) is a new kind of molecular marker technology.It develops on the basis of combining RFLP and RAPD and it has a wide application in the genomic research of animals and plants.The application progress of AFLP in the genetic and breeding researches such as the genetic diversity of livestock and poultry,the construction of genetic maps,the identification and protection of cultivars(strains),the discovery of new genes and DNA methylation were expounded. |
