| 摘 要： | 目的]研究萘乙酸（NAA）对洋桔梗种子萌发的影响。方法]比较不同浓度的NAA对洋桔梗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等指标的影响。结果]在0.001～1.000 mg/L浓度范围内,不同浓度的NAA处理能明显提高洋桔梗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数,以0.100 mg/L浓度处理的效果最好,与对照相比,达到了0.01水平的极显著差异。NAA浓度0.010～0.100mg/L浸种能显著提高胚轴的伸长;NAA浓度1.000～10.000 mg/L浸种抑制胚根的伸长,当浓度达10.000 mg/L时,对洋桔梗种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用。结论]低浓度的NAA能提高洋桔梗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数;高浓度NAA处理则抑制其种子的萌发。
