城市土地集约利用评价研究——以郑州市为例

针对目前城市土地利用中存在的问题,在城市土地集约利用定义的基础上,根据城市土地集约利用综合评价指标选取的原则,结合郑州市土地利用结构现状,选取评价指标。采用层次分析法和特尔菲法,对郑州市城市土地集约利用程度进行定量评价。结果表明,郑州市城市土地集约利用程度较低,据此提出了有效提高郑州市城市土地集约利用水平的建议。

Study on the Intensive Use of Urban Land

According to the problems in urban land use at present,based on the definition of urban land intensive use,the principle of comprehensive evaluation index selection of urban land intensive use was used.Combining with the land use structure status of Zhengzhou City,evaluation index was selected.Quantitative evaluation of urban land intensive use in Zhengzhou City was carried out by adopting AHP and Delphi.Result showed that the intensive level of urban land use was low in Zhengzhou City.Suggestions on the effective improvement of the intensive level of urban land use in Zhengzhou City were put forward.
