摘    要:目的]优选闪式提取法提取葡萄籽的工艺。方法]应用多指标试验公式评分法,结合正交试验设计,以多酚提取率、总单宁提取率和原花青素提取率为指标,考察提取工艺。结果]闪式提取法提取葡萄籽的最佳工艺为:用6倍量的95%乙醇提取3次,每次1min。结论]所选工艺条件具有简单、快速、实用等特点。

Study on Homogenate Extraction Techniques for Grape Seeds by Multi-index Test Experiment Formula Evaluation

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed optimize the extraction techniques for grape seeds with homogenate extraction.Method] The extraction techniques was optimized by multi-index test experiment formula evaluation and orthogonal design,which took the extraction rate of polyphenol,total danning and proanthocyanidins as indices.Result] The optimum extracting procedure was extracting three times sustaining one minutes using 6 times volume of 95% alcohol.Conclusion] The extraction technique was simple,quick and practical.
