天然烟用保润剂的保润性能及应用研究

目的]为拓展烟用保润剂的使用范围,降低区域环境对卷烟吸食品质的影响。方法]采用芦荟、仙人掌等天然植物开发的保润剂CNY-J进行试验,以丙二醇为参照物对CNY-J的保润性能、卷烟添加效果和添加后主流烟气常规指标进行了评价。结果]研究表明,天然保润剂CNY-J在保润性能、烟丝保润和防潮方面均优于常用保润剂丙二醇,应用于卷烟后改善了烟气的柔和性、细腻度,减少烟气刺激,增加卷烟舒适性。结论]天然保润剂CNY-J可作为烟用保润剂进行开发利用,拓展了烟用保润剂的使用范围。

Moisturizing Properties of Natural Tobacco Humectant and Its Application

Objective ] To expand 1he applied range of tobacco humectant and reduce the quality of tobacco＇s taste impacting from different regional environment. Method] the natural humectant CNY-J has been developed from aloe, cactus and other plants. Compared with propylene glycol, its moisturizing properties, the effect of added and indicator of cigarette mainstream smoke was evaluated. Result] The results indicated that the natural humectant CNY-J was better than propylene glycol in the moisturizing properties, preserve humidity and moisture-proof of tobacco. It also can improve the soft and smooth of smoke, reduce the irritancy of smoke, and improve the comfort of cigarette. Conclusion] CNY-J could be utilized as tobacco humectant.
